Juicy, crispy burgers layered on warm tortillas, served with golden, crunchy fries for a fun and satisfying meal.
Ingredients You'll Need
½ lb Ground Beef
4 Flour Tortillas
½ Onion
1 Tomato
Lettuce (as desired)
½ cup Mexican Cheese
3 Tbsp Burger Sauce
Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper

Gather all ingredients and wash fruits and vegetables. For this recipe you will need a large skillet.

Preheat the oven according to package or recipe instructions, then bake the fries until they are golden brown and crispy, about 20–25 minutes in total.

Slice the onion and tomato thinly, and chop the lettuce into uniform pieces, making sure all ingredients are consistent in size for easy burger assembly.

Place the beef balls onto the tortillas, gently flatten them, press in the sliced onions, and season the beef generously with salt
and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the beef side down for 3–4 minutes until the meat is nicely seared and develops a golden crust.

Flip the burgers carefully using a spatula, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and continue cooking another 3–4 minutes until the second side is crisp and the cheese begins to melt.

Spread a layer of burger sauce evenly over the tortillas, then layer the chopped lettuce and sliced tomato to assemble each burger
completely.

Serve the burgers immediately while hot alongside the crispy fries, adding extra sauce on the side if desired for dipping.
