Feel good about serving a one pot homemade classic, no extra sugar or preservatives, just whole ingredients for a tangy rich sauce.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
8 oz Ground Beef
8 oz Spaghetti
3 Cloves Garlic
½ Onion
Handful Parsley
3 oz Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper

Gather all ingredients and wash fruits and vegetables. For this recipe you will need a large skillet.

Finely chop onion and garlic. Roughly chop spinach.

Place skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil, and saute onion, and tomatoes until softened and the tomatoes start to blister and burst, 8 minutes.

Add garlic with a pinch of salt and pepper to the hot skillet. Cook with tomatoes until fully softened creating a sauce, 6–10 minutes, press tomatoes with utensil to assist.

Add 1/2 cup water, gnocchi, and frozen shrimp into skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low to simmer for 4-7 minutes or until gnocchi is softened and shrimp is cooked fully.
Turn off heat and stir skillet, then add chopped spinach, butter, and sour cream. Stir to combine.

Plate and top as desired with crushed red pepper. Enjoy.
