All Sales Are Final

Each A La Card recipe box is made and packaged with care. Because our products contain printed materials and digital QR code access, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sarah.alacard@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or other solution at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your box, please reach out within 7 days.
We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and do our best to assist, but A La Card is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
